DERELICT


I selected the tractor, and after inverted the selection and applied Filter> Blur> Radial Blur> option zoom> amount 50.
I applied the texture pdpa_drops of rainbow.

    Very interesting effect. I also thought it reminded me of an explosion. I like the rain texture on this piece.
